Spacious Rooms with Great Amenities

I stayed for 3 nights in a spacious Standard King, 1 Bedroom Suite that featured a mini kitchenette, super convenient for quick meals. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the location was perfect, with many shops and eateries nearby. I found the breakfast service a bit lacking during busy hours, which could use more assistance.

The double room is exquisite, we also enjoyed decent views. There are lots of supplies like: a coffee machine, comfy chairs, and a sofa. It has good restaurant and particularly good and perfect location near the mall...

This is a very good option if you want to do some shopping at the Sawgrass Mills. It is only 10min away. Great room. Lots of space. The hotel staff is very professional and efficient. They have a garage and a great bar at the lobby. They hold packages for the guests with no extra charge (in case you need to order some stuff from Amazon and other websites). Very good price!

What shines and what doesn't

The comfortable suite had great separation between living and sleeping areas, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the convenient shuttle service available for nearby restaurants and shops.

Breakfast service was delayed, causing long wait times that impacted our mornings.

It took 30 minutes to check us in. We did not get what I requested e.g. 2 double beds and a crib. They only had king size bed and no crib! We had to sleep with one child in king size bed. Other couple slept on pull out sofa. Crib was delivered one hour later after many phone calls. Had 3 Bath towles in room for 6 people! The Restaurant staff was soooo inefficient that it became a joke. We had invited friends to join us for dinner. It was such an embarrassment! Never again would we stay or recommend this Hotel. The Hotel charged the full room rate at booking which I also did not appreciate.

It's extremely spacious with particularly well equipped bathrooms.

The room was spacious with a comfy sitting area. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and i had it to myself for a while. Plus, the staff were so helpful, especially at the front desk. The location was great for finding nearby restaurants and shops.

My stay at the Sheraton was very peaceful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and the shower was good.

The price of the bottle water was to high.

My family holiday was fantastic, especially after previous stays in plantation. The spacious suite was a delight, with a mini kitchenette, made preparing snacks easy.

We loved the spacious room. It was comfortable and clean. What more could one ask? Location is convenient to everything from restaurants to business area of Ft. Lauderdale and beach. Family lives just 2.7 miles away in Plantation and we have friends in Davie. Very convenient.

I decided not to pay $9.95 per day for computer service and think all hotels should offer that free. My I pad and I phone, however, did work fine so it became a non-issue. However, not all have those options.
