The double room is exquisite, we also enjoyed decent views. There are lots of supplies like: a coffee machine, comfy chairs, and a sofa. It has good restaurant and particularly good and perfect location near the mall...

This is a very good option if you want to do some shopping at the Sawgrass Mills. It is only 10min away. Great room. Lots of space. The hotel staff is very professional and efficient. They have a garage and a great bar at the lobby. They hold packages for the guests with no extra charge (in case you need to order some stuff from Amazon and other websites). Very good price!

It's extremely spacious with particularly well equipped bathrooms.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and well-maintained, featuring a kind and accommodating staff who went above and beyond for our wedding celebration. the room was exceptionally comfortable with a king-size bed, perfect for relaxation. the location is marvelous and convenient, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. It’s also just 20 km from the airport, making it easy to access.

It took 30 minutes to check us in. We did not get what I requested e.g. 2 double beds and a crib. They only had king size bed and no crib! We had to sleep with one child in king size bed. Other couple slept on pull out sofa. Crib was delivered one hour later after many phone calls. Had 3 Bath towles in room for 6 people! The Restaurant staff was soooo inefficient that it became a joke. We had invited friends to join us for dinner. It was such an embarrassment! Never again would we stay or recommend this Hotel. The Hotel charged the full room rate at booking which I also did not appreciate.

My stay at the Sheraton was very peaceful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and the shower was good.

The price of the bottle water was to high.

This hotel has a lovely pool that's a great size, and the en suite rooms come with a nice jacuzzi tub. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the option for late check-out. Plus, the location is convenient for exploring the east coast. 🌊.

The hotel is fantastic and welcoming, with an amazing staff that extended their hours for our wedding celebration. There’s a great variety of delicious meal options available. the pool area is incredible as well. the location is wonderful, making it easy to reach by car from Miami or Florida airports. Plus, it's conveniently next to excellent restaurants and the cruise terminal.

I thought the location was great. The staff were very friendly. The lobby and the bar area were beautiful.

The rooms really needed to be updated. Walls were marked up carpet needed to be replaced.
